Hosted models
On any plan, hosted judgement and extraction are billed to the Not Organic account the deployment bills, at Not Organic’s rates. Not Organic sets those rates and can change them. The rates below were checked on 2026-11-07.
| Extraction (Clairic, via Not Organic) | $0.10 per million input tokens |
| Judgement (Jev, via Not Organic) | $0.0609 per million input tokens Output tokens are not charged. |
For example, triaging 1,000 unique signals, at about 2,000 extraction tokens and 3,000 judgement tokens each, costs about $0.39 ($0.10 and $0.0609 per million). Duplicate signals are merged before any model call. Your own keys bill you at your provider’s price. Models on your own hardware cost only the hardware.
The largest cost is usually the coding agent. A quest’s agent turns are billed by Amp, Anthropic or OpenAI to the account you connect.
Questions
- Why no seats?
- Approvers are the point of Ephyra. Charging for each one would push teams to approve with fewer people.
- Why charge per worked quest, not per landed fix?
- A per-landing price would reward landing. Ephyra should be just as willing to abandon a quest it cannot prove.
- What does self-hosting really cost?
- No licence fee, but you pay for your own hosting, models, agent accounts and operations.
- Is my code used to train models?
- No. The Privacy Policy explains how model providers handle requests.
- Can I buy the hosted plan?
- Not yet. The hosted numbers are a proposal. Checkout will show the price, seller and terms before anything is charged.
